Laura Hayes and John Howard Wileman Exhibit of Optical Toys
For CyberARTS we were asked to take a look at this gallery of optical devices. I think that these toys are really interesting. I find it interesting that these toys are made out of wood. I like the Stereoscope the best because I've used one and they are really interesting. It makes the image you are looking at appear 3D. This happens because there are two simular images placed side by side but postitioned slighty different. This tricks your eye causing you to see a 3D image.
